Bradley One of Five Blues In Wales Squad

14th May 2008

Wales head coach Warren Gatland has announced his 27-man squad to embark upon the two-Test tour of South Africa this June.

Gatland has kept faith with each of the 23 players he took to Wexford, Ireland for a 10-day training camp last week and added Gloucester duo Gareth Delve and Gareth Cooper alongside Scarlets wing Mark Jones, who returns from a knee injury and Blues forward Bradley Davies.

Bradley joins Tom James, Jamie Roberts, Gethin Jenkins and Tom Shanklin in the Wales squad that will play two Tests against the Springboks. The first is at Vodacom Park, Bloemfontein, on Saturday, June 7 and the second at Loftus Versfeld, Pretoria, on Saturday, June 14 (both kick-offs 15:00 local time).

The series will again contest the Prince William Cup which South Africa claimed after their successful visit to the Millennium Stadium last year.
