Davies joins Dragons on loan until end of season

Cardiff Blues full back Ioan Davies has joined Dragons on loan until the end of the season.
The academy member has made three senior appearances for the Arms Park outfit but, with competition from the likes of Hallam Amos and Matthew Morgan for the number 15 jersey, his only outing this season came in October’s A fixture against Dragons at Ystrad Mynach.
A former Wales under 20 international, 21 year old Davies is a former Ysgol Gyfun Glantaf pupil who joined the Cardiff Blues academy in 2018.
He marked his senior debut with a try against international outfit Uruguay later that season and went on to make his Guinness PRO14 debut against Edinburgh at Murrayfield last season.
