Cardiff Blues side to face Newport Gwent Dragons announced

Following their emphatic win over the Border Reivers on Friday night the Cardiff Blues have moved to third place in the Magners League table.

The Blues are three points behind leaders Leinster and one point behind second placed Ospreys. They take on the Newport Gwent Dragons on Tuesday night, 7.10pm kick off, in what is sure to be a fiercely competitive match.

Supporters are advised to purchase their tickets early for the match as a large crowd is expected for the last Welsh derby match of the season at the Arms Park. Tickets are available online at

Nick Macleod was not considered for selection as he has not recovered 100% from a dead leg suffered against Borders. Andy Powell was also not considered for selection. He will be out for 6 months due to shoulder injury as announced on Friday.
