Group Ticketing & Membership Executive
To drive group sales by proactively engaging with local clubs, schools, businesses, community groups and supporters. To support Membership acquisition and retention.
The Group Ticketing & Membership Executive is responsible for the delivery of professional, informative and courteous customer service, ensuring that the Ticketing Department produces an efficient and knowledgeable sales and administrative service.
Salary: £24,000

Communications & Marketing Executive
An exciting opportunity has been created to join the Communications and Marketing team at Cardiff Rugby.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment as Communications and Marketing Executive to positively promote all aspects of the business but with a particular focus on rugby.
They will be responsible for the production of content for the club’s owned channels, website and social media management, the development of key media relations, and PR strategies.
There will also be a requirement to support the club in it’s marketing activity and match-day experience delivery.
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 DoE
